Consists of extracts from the annual reports of the commanding general of the Pacific, department of Arizona and Captain H. W. Lawton, 4th Cav. With reference to the surrender of Geronimo and his band of Chiricahua Apaches. Part III. Contains telegraphic and other correspondence in regards to the disposition of the Warm Spring and other Chiricahua Apaches located on their reservation near Fort Apache and those under Chief Chatto, brought East by Captain Dorst, 4th Cav. And also in regard to the capture of Chief Mangus and party and their final deposition.
