Beginning on page 32 there are contributions by various writers, and beginning on page 119 there is much material on Curly Bill Brocius, Johnny Ringo, the hanging of Russian Bill, and Sandy King. Most of the stories are not found elsewhere. Only 400 copies of this book are said to have been issued." However, it is believed that only 100 were issued. A rare item which hardly ever appears for sale. This is the only copy I've handled.
